About Rebecca

I first discovered yoga a few years ago after giving up advanced gymnastics.  Years of hard training had taken a toll on my mind and body, yet leaving it all behind had also left a great void in my life. Finding yoga has done more than just filling that gap. Where gymnastics left me physically drained but mentally unstimulated, yoga has proved a holistic tonic that nourishes my mind, body and spirit. I love its depth and yet total simplicity. You can start tomorrow without any fancy equipment or prior training and there is a yoga class out there for everyone.

From my first unsteady class, to my current regular practice, yoga continues to have a daily positive impact on my life. It is for this reason that I feel passionate about sharing it with others. Whether you are looking for physical fitness, a spiritual journey, relief from injury or a new hobby, yoga can help you.

"Yoga is a light, which once lit, will never dim. The better your practice, the brighter the flame." B.K.S. Iyengar
