Style
Rebecca’s teaching style is Hatha Flow which has been influenced by the precision of Iyengar, the dynamic element of Ashtanga and the freestyle of Shadow Yoga. She aims to keep classes small so students benefit from intimate, often tailor made, sessions.
Structure
Her classes may vary depending the requirements of individual students. However a typical class starts with pranayama (breathing exercises) followed by sun salutations and standing postures moving into balances. Emphasis is placed on coordinating the breath with movement. The second half of the class focuses on seated postures incorporating twists, backbends and inversions. Classes end with guided relaxation or mediation.
Students
She teaches beginners, through to intermediate students of all ages, either one-to-one or in small groups.

Location

Equipment
Top of the range equipment including mats, blocks, bolsters and belts are all provided. Mats and props are fully sanitised at the end of each class.
Rate
Class card special: 5 classes for £50
Drop in: £12 per class
One-to-one: £35 an hour (+ travel where applicable)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and amendments can be made free of charge up to 48hrs beforehand. Cancellations made 24hrs before a class will require 50% payment, and on the day will require payment in full.
