I now understand why Yogis need so little sleep. I very nearly didn't turn up at my yoga class last week because I was so chronically shattered I didn't think I'd even be able to consider lifting a limb. However, minutes in to the class, Rebecca had truely energised me. I felt as though life was surging into little pockets of my body, which had been starved of oxygen, energy, nourishment. Rebecca is impressively sensitive to her pupils’ capabilities and clearly demonstrates how each posture is a possibility for everyone through using variation. She is an inspiration and I look forward to many more enriching sessions with her.


At the end of our classes I am left with a real sense of achievement and a greater sense of spiritual grounding. She has truly inspired me to travel a path to help my body find a healthier way of being.


I have been having one-on-one yoga lessons with Rebecca for almost a year now and I absolutely love them! I wish I could do it every day. I feel like a different person afterwards. I can sometimes be very stressed before a lesson but by the time I walk out I feel revived and so relaxed. Rebecca is a wonderful, attentive and patient teacher and I would highly recommend her!


I've never come across a teacher who so intuitively relates and responds to the individual needs and motivations of her students. Rebecca has an amazing capacity to adapt her teaching to all levels of ability and fitness. The practice is brilliant whether you're after physical benefits, presence of mind, the spirituality of yoga, or all three!
